High Reliability

1、The textile chiller uses a scroll compressor with fewer internal parts. The scroll compressor structure prevents liquid refrigerant and impurities from entering the compressor, avoiding liquid slugging and compressor damage.

2、Equipped with a microcomputer control device to protect the compressor from malfunctions and ensure high operational efficiency.

3、The scroll compressor features a rotary positive displacement design with small clearance volume and low friction loss, resulting in high operational efficiency. The unit uses a multi-compressor combination design, ensuring high efficiency even under partial load.

Compressor

     The refrigeration circuit and control circuit are completely independent, allowing alternating use based on load changes, effectively extending the unit's service life. It offers high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, low vibration, wear resistance, and high reliability.

Finned Condenser

     Uses a finned condenser with threaded copper heat exchange tubes. The finned condenser has a high heat transfer coefficient and efficiency. The high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes are manufactured using CNC machine tools and fully automated welding technology, featuring a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, light weight, and easy installation, use, and maintenance. It effectively ensures the safe operation of the refrigeration system.

Evaporator

       Shell-and-tube dry evaporator with copper heat exchange tubes and a refrigerant distribution device to ensure even refrigerant distribution across all heat exchange tubes, improving heat transfer efficiency. For multi-compressor chillers, each compressor is paired with an evaporator and condenser, forming an independent refrigeration system. Due to structural reasons, the water circuits of two evaporators are often connected, but the refrigeration circuits remain independent. The evaporator surface is insulated to prevent cooling loss.

Thermal Expansion Valve

       Uses the world-renowned Emerson thermal expansion valve, offering higher control precision, a wider adjustment range, and faster response. It fully utilizes the evaporator's heat exchange area under all operating conditions, ensuring more thorough heat exchange, higher efficiency, and reliable performance of the refrigeration system.
